At 16 years old,Tim Balz gathered Plainfield (IN) High School students to form Freedom Chairs, a company that refurbishes discarded electrical wheelchairs for youths and elderly. He is now a Freshman at Rose-Hulman pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. See his video biography here.
